The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants, the supermarket and a great beach Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat! The host organised scooter rental for us and also let us use the room beyond checkout time on the day we left Some of the facilities could be improved - there was no soap in the bathroom, towels were quite old and the pillows not very comfortable

We found this place by chance, Joe was an excellent host. His family did everything to make us comfortable.<br> The place is reasonable and clean, family run place and has a lovely hospitable atmosphere.<br> No pool here and that&#039;s the only drawback.

Veronica is nice host, i stayed 4 nights, rooms are spacious and attached big bathroom. 5 minutes walking distance to mobor beach. <br>Host is friendly and co operative. But the local cab driver Nexus is very strong. They never allow to pick up the outsider cab/taxi. They used slang in front of guest/tourist to other cab driver. Otherwise the place is excellent.

A beautiful place to put up. Very spacious &amp; just 10min from Mobor beach. Connectivity to various parts of Goa was good. Very good restaurants &amp; eateries around. The Owners were very hospitable. Veronica was very hospitable &amp; attended to any need of ours.

A place to be. It&#039;s like heaven on earth. The host Veronica was so polite and the service was too good. Rooms with a breadth taking view. Spacious clean and close to beach , super market . Would request Veronica to make arrangements for breakfast than it would be an complete package. Overall it&#039;s a great stay and one must visit this place . Cheers

The owner is very nice, their room is large with a queen bed, and I love the bathroom because of the funny wall motif LOL. Thank you so much for your warm greeting. The room is on the second level, but the owner stayed on the first. The guest home is located close to the Cavelossim Beach.

Excellent spacious well maintained and cleaned rooms available at affordable price. Just a few minutes of distance from both the beach and river. The nearby locality is awesome. Food is also provided on request which is tasty, healthy and hygienic.

Decent place and good location. In this touristic place it really tough to get such place especially when there are limited options. Also prices are decent and if you are going in off season you can get a place AC room within 1800 or more and can also negotiate with the owner. Spacious room no food facilities. But nearby there are many options available and this is also closer to beach just 700m ride

Jas Guest House 🏡, a surprise place for me. I&#039;m a Choreographer from mumbai went for a event with my team At Novotel Hotel, Mobor, South Goa. Its just opposite of guest house. Event company gave me Jas Guest House to Stay for a one day, We refused to stay because in events we always get 3 to 5 star hospitality. But when me n my team forcefully stay at Jas Guest House, my view got totally changed because it was Superb👍, Excellent 👌, Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay. Well maintained and super cleaned Just a 5 to 7 minutes walking distance from cavelossim beach and Mobar river. The nearby locality is awesome n peacefull. The owners are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. Food is also provided 🥪🍳🥗🦐🐟🍗🍽️on request which is tasty, healthy and hygienic We had breakfast, all the meals are were very tasty 😋 cook and served with love... We supposed to stay 1 day in South Goa and other 2 days at North Goa near Calangute beach but we stay 3 days at Jas Guest House and explore near by places. Dear Joe &amp; Veronica family. we would like to thank you......🤗 God bless you &amp; your family🙏🏻. This is a rather unique experience of stay in guest house with 3 ⭐⭐⭐ hospitality.

Visited in February. The weather was pleasant. Rooms are spacious, cozy, clean and have a fridge also. Hospitality was great. Beach is walking distance. Food not provided but there are delivery options. Extended my stay two days. I would definitely recommend it over other options.

The location is very close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) and still very quiet. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay. The owners are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality.
